Yesterday’s future-TODAY!
Think of how far Technology has advanced in this last century; one hundred years ago the knapsack parachute was invented, a device that would change the ways wars were fought and made flying a little less dangerous, John Browning finished designing his revolutionary pistol, the Colt M1911, and CRT Television was invented, bravely stepping into a world of projector screens and radios. Those inventions created huge paradigm shifts in the way people could move, could entertain themselves, and kill. In our modern day and age, the vast majority of inventions are catered towards our need to entertain ourselves, many of them beyond the wildest dreams of futurologists. Our tech has expanded to the point were soon we will be able to do some of the things that comic book heroes could never have dreamed of. Remember watching Star-Wars as a kid and seeing Darth Vader get mad over some missing data tapes? The scene looks a whole lot less badass now and way more laughable when you consider that few people even use tapes anymore. Hell, Darth Vader’s suit is in many ways a relic, artificial muscles have been invented and while they haven’t made any arms able to outperform the real deal, they are definitely the kind of prosthetic I’d want. http://arstechnica.com/science/news/2009/03/flexing-carbon-nanotube-muscles.ars Closer to home with our technologies, we find our soldiers outfitted with cameras and gps’s on their helmets and backpacks, their performance monitored and evaluated, their position, as long as these systems last, known at all times. If it were not for the miserly attitude of the Millitary Industrial Complex, we would see this equipment on all American soldiers, and possibly all of their allies soldier’s too. Such technology has positive benefits; the ability to provide soldiers with advanced tactical information plus giving the staff members a better idea for what is going on in the field.

Unfortunately such technology could also be used to paint an unflattering view of the soldiers enemies, or the soldiers themselves. The future it seems, could involve simply ‘tagging’ soldiers with micro or even nano chips and using their biometric data, track their performance and increase their capabilities by responding with the proper kinds of drug or mental therapies. Heck by counteracting the fatigue poisons that build up in the human body, and with injections of cortisol and adrenaline you could potentialy create super soldiers who can run faster, longer and hit harder like steve Rogers, the Original Captain America (albeit with tempers more like wolverine). Unfortunately with all this new technology we have created a new generation of men, no longer do we look to the strong or the brave, but rather, to the capable; who the hell knows how to build a car, or how the components work? How would we work if one or more of our currently placed systems broke down. Who do the incapable turn to, when machines make other machines, the job of people simply to maintain the makers. Is this technology that enables us to know what another is doing, feeling, at any moment all the time a true replacement for the human desire for contact or are we all becoming like superman, all knowing, known by all, and yet anonymous, alone.

What is Watson?

IBM prepares for machine vs. man ‘Jeopardy!’ showdown
Researchers at IBM are preparing a supercomputer named Watson to compete on the popular quiz show Jeopardy! next month.
Watson has already won a practice round on the show against two top contestants, showing artificial intelligence has come a long way in simulating how humans think.
Watson, who is named after legendary International Business Machines President Thomas Watson, is a showcase of the company’s computing expertise and research in advanced science.
It also shows IBM — which turns 100 years old this year — wants to stay at the forefront of technology, even as companies such as Google Inc. and Apple Inc. have become the industry’s popular leaders.
IBM says the ability to understand language makes Watson far more evolved than Deep Blue, the company’s supercomputer which won against world chess champion Garry Kasparov in 1997.
The biggest challenge for IBM scientists was teaching Watson to differentiate between literal and metaphorical expressions and understanding puns and slang.
Feeding it knowledge was easier. Watson is not plugged into the Internet, but has a database covering a broad range of topics, including history and entertainment. - Ok this is a bit scary, imagine if it WAS hooked up to the internet!

Humans $4,600, Watson $4,400 in Jeopardy! Beta Test Round
As The Four Hundred has previously reported, IBM‘s question-answer supercomputer, known as Watson after Big Blue’s founder, Thomas Watson, is gearing up for a contest of wits against two top players of the Jeopardy! game show for three days February. To give the human contestants a chance to see what they are up against, IBM held a single round of the game at its TJ Watson Research Center last week.
Watson beats humans in Jeopardy! dry run
In a dry run that took place at a clone of the Jeopardy! game show set up at IBM’s TJ Watson Research Center, humanity didn’t do so well. (What did you expect?) In the practice round, Watson won $4,400 by stating questions, while Jennings won $3,400 and Rutter only won $1,200.
If you were betting on humanity in the upcoming grand challenge clash between humanity and IBM’s Watson question-answer (QA) supercomputer, you might want to start reconsidering your wager.
One of the things that freaked out chess champion Gary Kasparov when he initially played IBM’s Deep Blue supercomputer more than a decade ago was that he couldn’t “feel” the way the machine was thinking.
Specifically, the Watson QA software is running on 10 racks of these machines, which have a total of 2,880 Power7 cores and 15 TB of main memory spread across this system. The Watson QA system is not linked to any external data sources, but has a database of around 200 million pages of “natural language content,” which IBM says is roughly equivalent to the data stored in 1 million books. This data is stored in the main memory of the Watson machine, and the secret sauce is the software that allows Watson to listen to the statement, rummage around through its in-memory database, come up with the probable answer, hit the buzzer, and speak the question the statement answers. All in under three seconds. The Power 750 cluster is rated at 80 teraflops, which is a healthy amount of number-crunching power, but not outrageous by modern multi-petaflops standards.
To give Watson a face, IBM came up with an avatar that shows the earth and the graphical representation of IBM founder Thomas Watson’s “Think” admonition, which is the hash marks that denote a lightbulb going off. (The Watson super is named after Big Blue’s founder, and it is no accident that the Jeopardy! Grand Challenge is taking place during the company’s centennial year.) As Watson is thinking, the satellite lines on the avatar – what IBM calls “thought rays” – move faster and as the system is more confident of its answer, these lines turn green. The thought rays turn orange when Watson is wrong.
I wouldn’t bet on seeing a lot of orange thought rays in February.

A win on the actual show, which goes on air Feb. 14, 15 and 16, would be a triumph for IBM, which spends around US$6 billion per year in research and development. An unspecified portion of that spending goes to what IBM calls “grand challenges,” or big, multi-year science projects such as Watson and Deep Blue.

Antineoplastic activity of cannabinoids
Pretty fascinating. Scientists have known about THC curing cancer since 1975!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Journal of the National Cancer Institute,
Vol. 55, No. 3, September 1975, pp.597-602
by A.E. Munson, L.S. Harris, M.A. Friedman, W.L. Dewey, and R.A. Carchman
Summary:
Lewis lung adenocarcinoma growth was ****** by the oral administration of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol, and cannabinol (CBN), but not cannabidiol (CBD). Animals treated for 10 consecutive days with delta-9-THC, beginning the day after tumor implantation, demonstrated a dose-dependent action of ****** tumor growth. Mice treated for 20 consecutive days with delta-8-THC and CBN had reduced primary tumor size. CBD showed no inhibitory effect on tumor growth at 14, 21, or 28 days. Delta-9-THC, delta-8-THC, and CBN increased the mean survival time (36% at 100 mg/kg, 25% at 200 mg/kg, and 27% at 50 mg/kg;, respectively), whereas CBD did not. Delta-9-THC administered orally daily until death in doses of 50, 100, or 200 mg/kg did not increase the life-spans of (C57BL/6 X DBA/2) F (BDF) mice hosting the L1210 murine leukemia. However, delta-9-THC administered daily for 10 days significantly inhibited Friend leukemia virus-induced splenomegaly by 71% at 200 mg/kg as compared to 90.2% for actinomycin D. Experiments with bone marrow and isolated Lewis lung cells incubated in vitro with delta-8-THC and delta-9-THC showed a dose-dependent (10 -4 10 -7) inhibition (80-20%, respectively) of tritiated thymidine and 14C -uridine uptake into these cells. CBD was active only in high concentrations (10-4). J Natl Cancer Inst 55: 597-602, 1975.
Antineoplastic Activity of Cannabinoids
Investigations into the physiologic processes affected by the psychoactive constitutuents of marihuana [delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-THC) and delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-8-THC)] purified from Cannabis sativa are extensive (1). However, only recently have attempts been made to elucidate the biochemical basis for their cytotoxic or cytostatic activity. Leuchtenberger et al. (2) demonstrated that human lung cultures exposed to marihuana smoke showed alterations in DNA synthesis, with the appearance of anaphase bridges. Zimmerman and McClean (3), studying macromolecular synthesis in Tetrahymena, indicated that very low concentrations of delta-9-THC inhibited RNA, DNA, and protein synthesis and produced cytolysis. Stenchever et al. (4) showed an increase in the number of damaged or broken chromosomes in chronic users of marihuana. Delta-9-THC administered iv inhibited bone marrow leukopoieses (5), and Kolodny et al. (6) reported that marihuana ;may impair testosterone secretion and spermatogenesis. Furthermore, Nahas et al. (7) showed that in chronic marihuana users there is a decreased lymphocyte reactivity to mitogens as measured by thymidine uptake. These and other (8) observations suggest that marihuana (delta-9-THC) interferes with vital cell biochemical processes, though no definite mechanism has yet been established. A preliminary report from this laboratory (9) indicated that the ability of delta-9-THC to interfere with normal cell functions might prove efficacious against neoplasms. This report represents an effort to test various cannabinoids in several in vivo and in vitro tumor systems to determine the kinds of tumors that are sensitive to these compounds and reveal their possible biochemical sites of action(s).
Obama Eyeing Internet ID for Americans
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-501465_162-20027837-501465.html
TANFORD, Calif.–President Obama is planning to hand the U.S. Commerce Department authority over a forthcoming cybersecurity effort to create an Internet ID for Americans, a White House official said here today.
It’s “the absolute perfect spot in the U.S. government” to centralize efforts toward creating an “identity ecosystem” for the Internet, White House Cybersecurity Coordinator Howard Schmidt said.
“We are not talking about a national ID card,” Locke said at the Stanford event. “We are not talking about a government-controlled system. What we are talking about is enhancing online security and privacy, and reducing and perhaps even eliminating the need to memorize a dozen passwords, through creation and use of more trusted digital identities.”
Details about the “trusted identity” project are remarkably scarce. Last year’s announcement referenced a possible forthcoming smart card* or digital certificate that would prove that online users are who they say they are. These digital IDs would be offered to consumers by online vendors for financial transactions.

Aliens Are Monitoring Our Nukes, Worry Ex-Air Force Officers
Captain Robert Salas was on duty in Montana in 1967 when a UFO shut down the nuclear missiles on his base. And he’s hardly the only one to make such a claim. On Monday, six former U.S. Air Force officers and one former enlisted man will break their silence about similar events at the National Press Club, all centering around unidentified flyingobjects and nuclear missiles. They plan to urge the government to publicly confirm the incidents, stating that they were ordered never to discuss the events.

The Vatican joins the search for alien life
The Pontifical Academy of Sciences is holding a conference on astrobiology, the study of life beyond Earth, with scientists and religious leaders gathering in Rome this week. For centuries, theologians have argued over what the existence of life elsewhere in the universe would mean for the Church: at least since Giordano Bruno, an Italian monk, was put to death by the Inquisition in 1600 for claiming that other worlds exist.
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/popes-astronomer-insists-alien-life-would-be-part-of-gods-creation-828303.htmlhttp://www.guardian.co.uk/science/2010/sep/17/pope-astronomer-baptise-aliens
Pope’s astronomer says he would baptise an alien if it asked him
Aliens might have souls and could choose to be baptised if humans ever met them, a Vatican scientist said today. The official also dismissed intelligent design as “bad theology” that had been “hijacked” by American creationist fundamentalists.
UN to appoint Earth contact for aliens
THE United Nations was set today to appoint an obscure Malaysian astrophysicist to act as Earths first contact for any aliens that may come visiting. Mazlan Othman, the head of the UN’s little-known Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa), is to describe her potential new role next week at a scientific conference at the Royal Society’s Kavli conference centre in Buckinghamshire.
Former Air Force captain to expose UFO threat
UFO believers are in for a treat next week when members of the military meet to discuss their unexplained encounters. The group will meet at the National Press Club in Washington to report on the strange things they’ve seen and demand to know why they have been told to keep quiet.

Don’t talk to aliens, warns Stephen Hawking
THE aliens are out there and Earth had better watch out, at least according to Stephen Hawking. He has suggested that extraterrestrials are almost certain to exist — but that instead of seeking them out, humanity should be doing all it that can to avoid any contact.
Pope’s astronomer insists alien life ‘would be part of God’s creation’
The Vatican’s official newspaper has endorsed the possibility that the universe could contain intelligent life beyond Earth, while insisting that aliens would be “our brothers” and “children of God” as much as human beings are.
Cashless Society – Have you even thought about what that means?
Cashless Society. We’ve been sold this expression since we were children. I can remember hearing about it in primary school, teachers cocking on about it – its the future! Back then it was a little hard to swallow, I have been a computer nerd my entire life, and even something like a ‘cashless society’ was straight out of star trek. Now, years on, technology has evolved into a completely unknown beast. What was once unimagined is expected for 10 dollars or less. Technology that was considered radical is now being distributed on macdonalds happy meal toys. Hell, check out the OCZ NIA and come to the realization that the world is ‘moving forward’, a quote I’ll borrow from the bush regime – made famous for describing the ‘progress’ in Iraq.
Cashless Society. A world without cash. It makes sense, we are nearly there if you consider that credit cards and internet transactions are basically ‘cashless’. Yet we are still bound to carrying something physical aren’t we. Credit cards need wallets, internet transactions need credit cards. Not exactly the free range monetary chicken coop we were led to believe when we hear the trigger words ‘cashless society’. Onto the stage and into the lime light steps the Verichip, the worlds first and only FDA approved implantable microchip for humans. Don’t worry folks – we want it, we just don’t know it yet! Never fear, there is probably going to be at least another 1 billion dollars spent on marketing to convince us of how beneficial these chips will be.
See, its not that terrifying after all is it? When you look closely to it, its size is comparable to a single grain of rice. It sounds a bit rough, never fear people are working tirelessly to ensure that you wont notice them. Hitachi currently has one developed the size of a speck of powder. You really have to see the image to believe it. Assuming you haven’t read about microchips or RFID I will do you the liberty of explaining what it is all about. Currently, Verichip is ‘helping’ the medical industry with these amazing devices. If you have a pet dog or cat, you will have connected the dots already. Basically you get implanted with this RFID chip, and forever can be ‘scanned’ with a handheld device.
Upon the ‘scanning’ the RFID chip broadcasts a unique identifier key, that allows the ‘scanner’ to match your unique chip with the relevant DATABASE record. “SHOW ME YOUR ID” – this quote is going straight to the ancient history books.
Neat-o right? Well I guess if you didn’t exactly catch on to the example I used above. Still blank? You are not an animal. But that basic comparison is the tip of the iceberg. Privacy advocates all around the world are bashing their heads against anything they can to prevent humans from being micro chipped. I’ll touch upon a few points as to why, as if you couldn’t already guess. Verichip have been busy implanting these devices inside of Alzheimer’s patients, which sounds innocent enough or good heartedly motivated. But think about it, if a patient can’t logically make a decision regarding the implantation, how can they give permission with a ‘sound mind’? When does it become ‘forced’ implantation? That point gets made in the amazing documentary titled ‘One Mainframe to Rule them All‘ and can be found on you tube. I would definitely check it out if you are interested in learning more.
Cashless Society. There is only two options before us, for a truly cashless society to exist. One involves our mobile phones incorporating every piece of data usually stored on plastic cards in our wallets - Medicare, licenses, credit and bank cards etc and integrating a new form of Point of sale device at the counter of businesses, allowed a transaction to occur with the simple swipe of your mobile phone. Or we all get micro chipped and the same thing happens. Personally I think option one is going to be the way to integrate option two. As seen in this IBM advertisement for this cashless society, the man simply walks through a scanner at the exit of the shopping center. There is nothing to say that he has a microchip, or a device acting as his ‘phone’. This is what is known as conditioning. We are being conditioned to accept this cashless society and we do not even know it. Thats why the very term ‘Cashless Society’ causes a whirlpool of Endocrinol chemistry stirring in your brains. These are trigger words designed and implanted into our brains to recall every single futuristic movie we have ever seen, all the ‘good’ ones. So every time we hear ‘cashless society’ we relive how amazing it would be in the future, where we didn’t need to carry anything around to function.
Key less entry to our house, remote starting the car, hands free shopping – the list is endless. All these possibilities do actually sound pretty enticing, but what kind of negatives are we looking it? For starters everyone has used Google Earth. Pretty cool application, freaky for the first five minutes using it. Now imagine every single person in the world had a microchip (cold shivers) and now imagine that every single microchip was represented as a bring orange dot on Google earth! Ya ha, now you are getting it. Ok heres another one, lets just say you got into an argument with the bank. Mean words are exchanged and the boss takes it personally. He turns your account off. All of a sudden, in a cashless world you have no money! You have no means to purchase any food or pay the bills – the entire world operates on ‘credit’. What then?
Verichip has only recently teamed up with a company named Receptors LLC. What this merging has bought to the table is the combination of an implantable microchip, and a sensor that is a “virus triage detection system for the H1N1 virus”. So basically you can be ‘scanned’ and they can tell if you are infected with H1N1 or any other pathogens they develop the capability of detecting. Imagine the wet dream fantasy world airport security head honchos would be living in, if this were already a cashless society? The ease of filtering and screening entire airports would be reduced to a basic metal detector. What has my knickers in a bunch however, is not just this development – what else is being created? Once the pathogen detection system is developed properly, will they stop there or will they start moving towards detecting human emotions? Bio signals can already be read and converted into data that can be analysed, emotions can already be read. How much time do we have before this chip is enforced en mass for the betterment of humanity. How long before generation Z starts requesting it as an accessory for their iPhone? Scares the shit out of me. ‘Cashless Society’. This isnt paranoid thinking, we have been embedded with subconscious desires for this microchip, and the companies that are developing these technologies aren’t famous for their humanitarian efforts. Its simply a matter of time and until the right opportunity presents itself to initiate a massive population chipping agenda, we will continue to be conditioned to accept it. Say no to the chip and at least warn other people about it – just to create awareness that this isn’t science fiction anymore.
For kicks I’m going to dig up some biblical prophecies for their WTF value. “and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.” – Revelations 13:17-18. When you come across a company like SoMark Innovations and you see for yourself the merging of RFID technology and TATOO’s its way too obvious to be ignored. It’s ok tho – just live your life folks – nothing to see here…….

Ionospheric Heaters Around the Globe – HAARP isn’t Lonely.
THE UNAUTHORIZED HISTORY OF HAARP
There has been considerable interest in the possibility the mysterious 0.9 Hz ULF signal observed by the ELFrad group is a result of HAARP broadcasts. I have been monitoring HAARP for sometime and noted a number of similar characteristics between the HAARP broadcasts and the dates, times and pulsing of the ULF signal. The name HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) would imply its major function is the creation of high-frequency or shortwave signals.
Nonetheless, one of the main purposes of HAARP is the generation of powerful ULF/ELF/VLF signals as stated in both the original design patent and in their list of ongoing research activities. For those researchers using sensitive ULF/ELF receivers or magnetometers for seismic correlation studies it would be useful to know when HAARP is generating ULF signals and then subtract those signals from your data set. Unfortunately, HAARP does not notify the public of the varied dates, times and frequency, or nature of modulation of its transmissions. So you would need to determine that for yourself.
1 — LISTENING TO HAARP
HAARP transmits primarily on 2 frequencies: 3.39 MHZ and 6.99 MHZ. The multiple transmitters have the capability, under computer control, to quickly change to any frequency between 2.8 and 10 MHZ. Early tests have demonstrated this capacity. But the crossed array circularly-polarized dipole antennas have been “cut” for maximum Effective Radiated Power at the design frequencies.
Most radio amateurs would quickly recognize the shortwave radio propagation characteristics for the HAARP frequencies since they are adjacent to the 40 and 80 meter ham bands. This means the signals can be heard quite well at night over long distances since they reflect off the smooth F layer of the ionosphere and may bounce or skip clear around the world. During the day time the sunlight disrupts the D, E and F layers and the long distance capability of those frequencies from 1 to 10 MHZ is lost.
In March 1997 and again March 1999, HAARP performed listener reception tests, with mostly ham radio listeners, using CW morse code signals at a specified time and date on both 3.39 and 6.99 MHZ. In the March 1997 test, most listener reports show strong signals from the second F layer skip along a line from northern California to Toronto, then very little or no reception along the line from southern California to the New England states, but strong reception again along a third F layer skip line from Texas to the Carolinas.
In the March 1999 listener tests, with the then much higher power output, there was “minimal-but-readable” to “very-strong” reception in all of the US and Canada along with strong signals in Japan, Australia, United Kingdom and central Europe. Even though HAARP sends most of its 110 MW of power straight up in the air, there are still enough megawatts leaking off the side lobes and going around the world to make HAARP one of the “big boys” on 40 and 80 meters.
By June 2000 HAARP has again increased its power levels. The increased reception around the world of the 1999 test compared to the 1997 test is due not only to the increased transmitter power but also the increased plasma density of the ionospheric F layer as we approach the solar sunspot maximum in the year 2000. So world-wide reception of HAARP on short wave may drop in succeeding years.
During normal operation throughout the year, HAARP transmits on either of its frequencies with a loud 6.25 second pulse, and with either a 15 or 30 second space between pulses. When listening for the pulses they are easy to distinguish. The sound of the pulse is something like a blowtorch, modulated by the sound of a 10-ton fully loaded Mercedes lorry falling off the Chunnel train half-way to Paris. Once you have heard the HAARP pulses they are instantly recognizable.
For monitoring purposes the receiver audio can be set very low. Each of the pulses begins with two, short but very strong, sine wave multi-frequency tones which are about 20 db above the main pulse. With the receiver audio set to a minimum background hiss, the “beep-boop” sound of the pre-pulse tones can be easily heard and let you know HAARP is transmitting.
2. — IONOSPHERIC HEATER RESEARCH FACILITIES

http://eiscat.se/
The EISCAT Scientific Association is an international research organisation operating three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 931 MHz, 224 MHz and 500 MHz, in Northern Scandinavia. It is funded and operated by the research councils of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, the United Kingdom and Germany (collectively, the EISCAT Associates.)

http://www.hipas.alaska.edu/
The HIPAS (HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation) Observatory is an ionospheric heater, which can radiate 70 MW ERP at either 2.85 MHz or 4.53 MHz. located 30 miles Northeast of Fairbanks, Alaska, in the small community of Two Rivers. It is located at: 64° 52’ 19″ N latitude and 146° 50’ 33″ W longitude and operates year-round. The HIPAS Observatory is operated by the UCLA plasma physics laboratory.

The Sura Ionospheric Heating Facility, located near the small town Vasilsursk about 100 km eastward from Nizhniy Novgorod (geographical position 56.13° N / 46.10° E) in Russia, is a laboratory for ionosphere research. Its ionospheric heater, similar to the American HAARP, is capable of radiating about 190 MW, effective radiated power (ERP) on short waves. This facility is operated by the radiophysical research institute NIRFI in Nizhny Novgorod.
The frequency range of the heating facility is from 4.5 to 9.3 MHz. The facility consists of three 250 kW brodcasting transmitters and a 144 crossed dipole antenna-array with dimensions of 300 m x 300 m. At the middle of the operating frequency range (4.5 — 9.3 MHz) a maximum zenith gain of about 260 (~24 dB) is reached, the ERP of the facility is 190 MW (~83 dbW).
http://www.naic.edu/
“The 430 MHz radar transmitter at Arecibo Observatory was built in 1962 by Levinthal Electronic Products, which became Radiation at Stanford, as original equipment for the observatory. The transmitter operates at a fixed center frequency of 430 MHz with a maximum transmitted bandwidth of 1 MHz. Two Litton L-3403 or L-5773 klystrons operate in parallel as a balanced amplifier, with a 90-degree power splitter at the input and a high-power 90-degree combiner at the output, to provide a maximum total peak pulse output power of 2.5 MW. Power is delivered to the antenna platform cia 1,500 Ft. of WR21000 waveguide. Am infinitely variable power splitter on the platform provides transmitter power to feed antennas in both the Gregorian dome (a feed horn) and the carriage house (the line feed). This allows dual beam operation, which could have been called “dual radar” operation, as it is equivalent to two radars pointing in different directions. The maximum duty cycle is 6% so the maximum average output power is 150 kW.”
3. — THE EASTLUND PATENT
It would seem the primary shortwave transmitter instrument at HAARP, called the IRI (Ionospheric Research Instrument), has been built essentially according to the 1991 US Patent 5,038,664 submitted by Dr. Bernard Eastlund. The patent has the esoteric name ” Method For Producing A Shell Of Relativistic Particles At An Altitude Above The Earth’s Surface .”
As with most modern patents it is long on theory and claims, but short on actual description of how the device is built. The assumption being any person knowledgeable in the field would be able to build a device to perform according to the specifications and demonstrate the claims. As such, HAARP does this quite well. The patent, originally filed in 1985, is now 15 years old so it can be assumed some improvements have been made.
Put simply, the patent describes a method using a radio beam aimed at the ionosphere where shortwave pulses from 1 to 3.6 MHZ are applied to “heat” the electrons in the ionosphere. Then the antenna is turned so as to align with the magnetic field lines in the magnetosphere, and ELF waves (in the audio range) are applied which then drive the hot electrons upward into the magnetic bottle of the magnetosphere where they remain trapped. The purpose is to enhance the number and density of hot electrons in the magnetosphere so it will become more radio reflective. Some of the beneficial reasons for making the magnetosphere into a radio reflector are listed in the patent. Of course, none of the military uses for a radio/radar mirror out at several earth diameters above the surface are listed.
The main advantage of the unique placement of HAARP in Gakona, Alaska is by placing the transmitter directly below the auroral electrojet where the magnetosphere intersects the ionosphere, the magnetic field lines there are nearly vertical. Then both operations described in the patent can be performed simultaneously and without moving the antenna. Thus the shortwave pulses heat the ionospheric electrons and the powerful ULF/ELF component of the pulses shoots the electrons up into the magnetosphere at the same time. There are several other ionospheric heaters like HAARP in operation around the world. But facilities such as Arecibo in Puerto Rico and VOA Delano in California are too far away from the auroral electrojet to accomplish both these functions.
Thus one of the primary research activities at HAARP is creating the enhanced reflectivity magnetosphere and then bouncing radio signals off the mirror to determine how well the mirror is working. This depends on how many hot electrons are injected into the magnetic bottle of the magnetosphere. To get the most electrons injected, you need to have just the right ULF/ELF signal.
When you are listening to HAARP the sound of the blowtorch is the string of pulses from two pulse generators heating the ionosphere, but slightly out of sync with each other so there is a beat frequency between them which changes numerous times and generates the ULF signals. The continuous sweeping through the ULF/ELF range is the sound of the 10-ton Mercedes lorry falling off the Chunnel train. The purpose of the research is to determine which ULF/ELF sound is most efficient. So sometimes the researchers will fill that lorry with a flock of Welsh Sheep and other times they might try a load of Scotch Rye Whiskey. And one time it sounded like a load of Window Workers from Holland. I can tell by listening they have not yet determined which sound is most efficient at producing a shell of relativistic particles, Welsh sheep, Window Workers or Whiskey. But as do all good researchers on long term government grants they keep trying.
4. — THE MYSTERIOUS 0.9 Hz ALFVEN RESONANCE
Since the early days of radio, in the age of Nikolai Tesla, it has been known the earth has a natural electromagnetic resonance. If a radio signal is sent out from point A it will then travel around to the opposite side of the planet, the antipode at point B, and then continue to travel around back to point A. If a new signal is sent at the same time the first signal arrives back, then the two will add together and seem to resonate constructively.
To calculate that resonant frequency is simple. Take the speed of the radio waves (speed of light), and divide by the distance traveled (circumference of the earth). Then 186,000 mi/s divided by 24,000 mi results in 7.75 /s or about 8 Hz. This is called the first Schumann Resonance of the earth. It is assumed radio static from large lightning discharges follow this pattern and can be heard on a ULF radio receiver as overlapping random ringing damped waves at 8 Hz.
If you take your receiver and tune below the Schumann Resonance down to about 0.9 or 1 Hz you will hear static from yet another resonant source. The cause of this Alfven Resonance is a complete mystery. It would imply there is some other path radio waves can follow which has a round trip path 8 times the size of the earth. Or it may mean there is a medium through which the radio waves travel which is 8 times slower than the speed of light. It might mean a combination of the two. It can only be a change in the speed of light or a longer distance traveled. As yet no one knows.
When radio waves or light rays travel through water or glass they are slowed down to about 3/4 the speed of light. This accounts for the bending of light at air/water interfaces or by prisms. If radio waves travel through ionized gas they also are slowed down depending on the “plasma frequency” which is a function of the temperature, density and the species of ions which make up the plasma. If radio waves travel through the rocks of the earth they too are slowed down depending on the density and make-up of the rock. As a result there are primarily three schools of thought about the source of the Alfven Resonance. These are: (1) magnetospheric, (2) ionospheric and (3) lithospheric interactions with radio waves.
Many of the members of the Elfrad group would fit into the third lithospheric group. The theory is, stresses in deep rocks in the lithoshpere created by seismic or magmatic activity can cause piezo-electric signals which radiate from the source, but due to some resonance of the rock and the distance between the crust and mantle, the signals are strongest at the resonance point which might be the Alfven Frequency. As a result the Alfven Resonance may not be due to radio waves in the air, but is actually coming from the earth due to random seismic activity around the planet. This area of study has been pursued for over 20 years, as yet, there are many indications but no clear proof has come forth.
The second line of thought, ionospheric Alfven waves, has many supporters and researchers with large grants for research. Among these are teams at HAARP, along with European and Russian researchers, possibly using the EISCAT and SURA ionospheric heater facilities. The basic concept here is somehow waves travel through the thin plasma between the top of the ionosphere, the F layer, and below the magnetosphere several thousand miles above the surface, and at a speed much slower than the speed of light. There are some problems with this theory, one being, what is the source of the waves and how did they get there. But there are a number of researchers who just in the last 2 years feel they are right on the edge of proving maser-like interactions in layers of ions below the magnetosphere are the source of the Alfven Resonance.
The third group, Magnetospheric Alfven waves, seems to have few proponents, or they have not yet published or I simply haven’t read their papers. But there is the possibility waves can travel through the plasma of the magnetosphere itself and just as the electrons are bounced back and forth from north to south magnetic pole, they may be grouped in bunches such that their density rises and falls at a 1 Hz rate. This would of course need to be along the longest path of the magnetosphere, which is along the orbit of earth. The magnetosphere in the direction of the sun is compressed by the solar wind bow shock and would be a shorter path. And the magnetosphere path away from the sun is discontinuous since it forms a long conical tail also shaped by the solar wind.
The magnetospheric tail itself, may in fact be a source of another theory for magnetospheric Alfven waves. If a thunderstorm produces those strange red and blue sprites and elves, the rising plasma jets from these phenomena may radiate electromagnetic waves upward in the direction of the magnetic tail. Under certain solar wind conditions the shape of the magnetic tail may act as a corner reflector and send the radio waves right back to the very thunderstorm which created them, which would then trigger another sprite or elf which then radiates back to the magnetic tail and … well, possibly an electromagnetic radiation path with a total path length about 8 times the circumference of the earth resonating as long as the thunderstorm is active, with a resonant frequency of 0.9 to 1 Hz.
What this shows is, there is a tight horse race among many researchers all looking in different places for the source of the mysterious Alfven Resonance at 0.9 Hz. It would seem the lithospheric group is being left out in the cold, while most of the grant money is going to the ionospheric group. Among the grantors of science funding, those people who build radios and then strangely bury their antennas in the ground are often viewed as being like those hardy folk who eat dirt and drink motor oil for breakfast. Thus most of the grant money goes to places like HAARP.
This also points out the reason for the extreme mystery and secrecy surrounding the projects at HAARP. If you want to find out what is happening at HAARP the only place you might find out is during a cocktail party after an international geophysical conference. Even then if you are lucky enough to collar a researcher, he will only give you a wink and a nod, and that’s about it. Why? Well, he doesn’t want his competitors and fellow researchers to know what he’s doing. He wants to collect his data, write his paper, be first to get into the Journal of Geophysical Research, and then proudly stake his claim as the discoverer of the source of the Alfven Resonance. All that creates an aura of academic secrecy around the HAARP activities which is even tighter than a place like, say, Los Alamos Labs.
With an environment of such high secrecy, the public is inclined to believe all manner of secret military activities such as, futuristic weapons, weather and mind control projects along with possibly communication with ETs, are all occurring at HAARP. When in fact, most of the secrecy is due to normal academic behavior when a scientific breakthrough is about to occur. But then again, a prime reason for all the secrecy at HAARP is…the US Navy.
5. — THE SUBMARINE COMMUNICATION CODES
In the 1960′s the US Navy began experiments using ELF transmissions to talk to submarines deep in the ocean. First experiments in 1969 from a 14 mile antenna at Clam Lake, Wisconsin proved the concept would work. They later built a 28 mile antenna and then in 1987 a 56 mile antenna in Upper Michigan. But the US Navy was not alone. The British built a large ELF antenna in Glen Cally Forest, Scotland, the French built one at Roshay, and the Soviets built two very large antennas at Riga and Gomel. The US Navy systems broadcast in the ELF range from 40 to 50 Hz and 70 to 80 Hz, but mostly around 76 Hz. The Soviet system actually operated down in the ULF range at the first Schumann Resonance of 8 Hz. It turns out, the lower in frequency the transmission, the deeper in the ocean the signals can be received.
Early on the Navy started having problems with the neighbors. Many taxpaying citizens complained about having those big wires putting out some kind of radiation in their backyards. Some people complained about hearing strange noises, ringing and humming in their ears. The cheeseheads in Wisconsin complained the Navy might be drying up their dairy cows. Angus MacDonough in Michigan was sure it was the Navy who was scaring his sheep. And the last thing a Scotsman wants is scared sheep. The Navy needed to find another way to talk to its submarines.
In 1985 along comes the Eastlund Patent. If you look at the patent another way, it could be, by using shortwave signals to reach up and jiggle the auroral electrojet at a ULF/ELF frequency, then the whole electrojet becomes a 10,000 mile ULF antenna — and its not in anybody’s backyard. With such a large antenna the frequency could go all the way down to the Alfven Frequency of 0.9 Hz and the Navy could talk to even deeper boats. By hiding its submarine antenna up in the ionosphere, the Navy wouldn’t need to worry about the neighbors over the back fence complaining, nor worry about Angus MacDonough being scared sheepless.
The Navy called in a bunch of ULF/ELF researchers and made them an offer. The Navy would supply them a fabulous research facility with state-of-the-art equipment, computer-controlled everything, the best instrumentation available, wonderful living quarters, and a nearby Domino’s and Burger King only 2 hours away by overland dogsled. The researchers were ecstatic. But what did the Navy want in return? Nothing. What? Nothing.
While the magnetic bottle stuffers would be shooting hot electrons into the magnetosphere then turning off the pulse and checking to see how well the mirror was working, all the Navy wanted was that 30 seconds of nothing in between the pulses. And while the 0.9 Hz Alfven wave hunters would be using a ULF pulse to ring the magnetospheric bell and then turn off the pulse so they could take a look around and see what’s shakin’ up there and maybe discover the Alfven Resonator, all the Navy wants is maybe 15 seconds of that nothing between pulses. To the researchers that was no problem. With mega-dollars in research facilities, grants and possibly Nobel Prizes laying on the bargaining table, and all the Navy wants in return is Nothing? Such a deal. Everybody smiled, shook hands and soon after HAARP construction began.
If you go to the HAARP Internet web site and look at the nearly-live Induction Magnetometer data you would sometimes see at the bottom of the chart some bright orange lines which seem to be the ULF output of HAARP impressed upon the earth’s magnetic field. If you could expand the scale you could actually see the pattern of pulses and spaces of the code. But the output of the magnetometer is averaged over a period of 102.4 seconds. A rather odd number but guaranteed to average out any indication of 15 or 30 second pulses and spaces.
This would imply the Navy is rather shy about publishing the pattern of nothing on the Internet. So I will assist the Navy in getting over its shyness by publishing it for them. Below are three hour samples of the spaces in between the HAARP pulses. I have indicated a 30 second space with a “1″ and a 15 second space with a “0.” I have arbitrarily broken the pattern into blocks of 4 to make it easy to read, but in fact the pattern is continuous. These presumably could be called “sweet nothings” from the Navy to their boys in the boats:

I have made an attempt to decode the second sample. It goes something like, “… SUBCOMNAV to R73 proceed 7E5H the smoking lamp is li…” and then the message breaks off. I may have missed a few of the characters but Mr. Merkley’s cryptography course was not my favorite high school elective. For some reason there weren’t any girls in the class. If anybody has a better way to decrypt the code, let me know.
6. – CONCLUSION
Have I proven HAARP to be the source of the mystery 0.9 Hz ULF signal? I would have to conclude, No. But it would certainly be the most likely. I have tried to show all the possible sources for man-made signals at the pc1, first Alfven frequency. There are generally two types of possible sources. The first is the ULF/ELF transmitters of which there are only 6, two in Russia, two in the United States, and one each in Britain and France. And a new class of possible sources which are the Ionospheric Heaters with access to the Northern Polar Auroral Electrojet which could modulate the electrojet at the pc1 frequency. In this group there are only 4 possible devices, HISCAT in Sweden, HAARP in Alaska, EISCAT in Norway, and the “little peanut whistle” 17 MW HIPAS operated by UCLA in Fairbanks, Alaska.
I would suggest all of the ground based ULF/ELF transmitters can be eliminated. To use a loop transmitting antenna at 1 Hz would require a loop with a diameter of about 1000 miles. There is no indication anybody has built one of these. The existing transmitters might be used with the smaller existing antennas but series coils with a length of about 900 miles would need to be wound and inserted in the loop. That would not be very efficient since about 98% of the transmitter power would go into heating the coils and not being transmitted. People have done some silly things before but that is definitely a dumb idea. So we can toss out all the existing ULF/ELF transmitters as not very likely to be the source of the mystery 0.9 Hz signal.
Among the Ionospheric Heater devices, if we skip the UCLA device, HIPAS, as being too small and not really in the business of modulating the Auroral Jet, then that leaves 3 possible sources. HISCAT, with 350 MW is the largest, then comes HAARP at 110 MW and then there is EISCAT with 48 MW. The HISCAT facility in Sweden looks like a good candidate except for one problem, its still in the conceptual stage and hasn’t been built yet. And a lot of the parts for HISCAT will be made out of refurbished parts from EISCAT. So we can exclude HISCAT, and that leaves us with two possible sources for the mysterious 0.9 Hz ULF wave, HAARP and EISCAT. Are we ready to flip a coin and guess which one? Not yet.
EISCAT (European Incoherent SCATter) facility is co-jointly operated by geophysical research councils in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, France, the United Kingdom and Germany. Their primary focus is using a radar scatter device to map the auroral region, but they do have an ionospheric heater to assist the radar. Their ionospheric heater device is very similar to HAARP’s. It has multiple transmitters, uses multiple crossed dipole antennas, but it does have far fewer transmitters and dipoles than HAARP.
Like HAARP the EISCAT transmitters can work over a large range from 3.85 to 8 MHz. But EISCAT only uses the assigned frequencies of 4.04, 4.544, 4.9128, 5.423, 6.77, 6.96, 7.1, 7.953 MHz. But before you rush over to your receiver and try to tune them in, you need to remember, if you are in the US, and since Norway is around the other side of the planet, and the only possible short wave radio path is over the pole. And during the summer the north pole its always sunny, especially this time of year when we have the midnight sun. That means there is no way to use F layer shortwave skip to receive the EISCAT signals.
If you want to tune them in to find out if they are modulating their transmitters with ULF waves you need to wait until it is dark both in the US and Norway and that only occurs during November, December and January. But, not to worry. Unlike HAARP which is very secretive, the EISCAT group is very academic, open and cooperative. You can actually write to them, maybe even e-mail them and ask, “Hey, you guys sending out 0.9 Hz pc1 Alfven frequencies on your transmissions?” And they would probably write back, “Nope, not us.”
Well, without any further evidence, its time to flip the coin. Is it HAARP or EISCAT? And every time I flip the coin it keeps coming up HAARPS.
Its my wish that this information has been useful to you. I have not proven what is the source of the mysterious 0.9 Hz signal, but I have looked at all the possible contenders and tried to eliminate all but the most likely. Its now up to you to do a little digging, a little researching, and maybe some listening to determine from where did the signal come.

Anti-Islamic Coca-Cola – Kaffir product warning..
So I stumbled across this insane forum post the other day that showed how the Coke logo could be manipulated into saying some insanely offensive things to Muslims. I had to check it out for myself because I am well aware of the hidden symbolism the cattle herders hide under our noses. So if you are Muslim you might want to double check this, its pretty blatant. I had to make it for myself to find how many changes required. Two. Only two changes. Thats dispicable.

Open letter to ALL Australian Senators – Please contact them yourselves.
Good Afternoon Senators,
This email is my outlet for the utter disgust I currently have with our government. What are you thinking by entertaining this preposterous idea of signing Australia away to some international treaty? I am still hearing comments by certain senators that this deal won’t be handing the future of this beautiful country over to global governance!
“A deal must include an equitable global governance structure.” – United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon
“2009 is also the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis the climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards the global management of our planet” – EU President Rompuy
Ignoring the recent revelations that have occurred regarding the manipulated global warming data, and the disturbing fact that even the RAW data is no where to be found, there is such a biased view towards man made global warming it appears that a large number of you are suffering from an endemic crisis of SELECTIVE HEARING. There is an equally large proportion of scientists that are red in the face from trying to yell their opposition to this unproven ‘theory’ of man made global warming, just because their voices have been muffled but a terribly biased media.
If CO2 is a pollutant then what is next? Everyone in the world having to apply for a permit to EXHALE? I wouldn’t put it past some of these corporate bureaucrats.
This is indeed a terrifying time to be alive. I can’t possibly imagine the road that lies ahead if this SCAM passes. Our children and children’s children will be paying the most unreasonable and blatantly enslaving TAX known — for what purpose? How can any of you live with yourselves after a decision like this. Talk about shooting from the hip, blindly.
While I agree that people need to step up to the plate to reduce their pollutants, we DO NOT need to lock ourselves into a disgustingly gouging treaty that is going to destroy this country financially when there are so many other priorities and alternatives to concentrate on.

There is no other way to describe this appalling ‘global warming scam’. Everyone that has bought into it should be ashamed of themselves for betraying the Australian people by refusing to present both sides of the story fairly. Senator Wong, brazenly admitting you do not care about polls shows your contempt and disregard for the opinion of the Australian people, you should be ashamed of yourself – who do you represent? The people or the corporate beneficiaries?
I truly hope this issue can be resolved honestly and for the actual BENEFIT of the Australian people,

Rainbows & Treasure
A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth’s atmosphere. They take the form of a multicoloured arc, with red on the outer part of the arch and violet on the inner section of the arch. A rainbow spans a continuous spectrum of colours; the discrete bands are an artefact of human colour vision. The most commonly cited and remembered sequence, in English, is Newton’s sevenfold red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet (popularly memorized by mnemonics like Roy G. Biv). Rainbows can be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray, and dew.

Rainbows can be observed whenever there are water drops in the air and sunlight shining from behind a person at a low altitude angle (on the ground). The most spectacular rainbow displays happen when half of the sky is still dark with raining clouds and the observer is at a spot with clear sky in the direction of the Sun. The result is a luminous rainbow that contrasts with the darkened background.
The rainbow effect is also commonly seen near waterfalls or fountains. In addition, the effect can be artificially created by dispersing water droplets into the air during a sunny day. Rarely, a moonbow, lunar rainbow or nighttime rainbow, can be seen on strongly moonlit nights. As human visual perception for colour is poor in low light, moonbows are often perceived to be white. It is difficult to photograph the complete semi-circle of a rainbow in one frame, as this would require an angle of view of 84°. For a 35 mm camera, a lens with a focal length of 19 mm or less wide-angle lens would be required. Now that powerful software for stitching several images into a panorama is available, images of the entire arc and even secondary arcs can be created fairly easily from a series of overlapping frames. From an aeroplane, one has the opportunity to see the whole circle of the rainbow, with the plane’s shadow in the centre. This phenomenon can be confused with the glory, but a glory is usually much smaller, covering only 5°–20°. At good visibility conditions (for example, a dark cloud behind the rainbow), the second arc can be seen, with inverse order of colours. At the background of the blue sky, the second arc is barely visible.
The Persian physicist and polymath, Ibn al-Haytham (Alhazen; 965-1039), attempted to provide a scientific explanation for the rainbow phenomenon. In his Maqala fi al-Hala wa Qaws Quzah (On the Rainbow and Halo), he “explained the formation of rainbow as an image, which forms at a concave mirror. If the rays of light coming from a farther light source reflect to any point on axis of the concave mirror, they form concentric circles in that point. When it is supposed that the sun as a farther light source, the eye of viewer as a point on the axis of mirror and a cloud as a reflecting surface, then it can be observed the concentric circles are forming on the axis.” He was not able to verify this because his theory that “light from the sun is reflected by a cloud before reaching the eye” did not allow for a possible experimental verification. This explanation was later repeated by Averroes, and, though incorrect, provided the groundwork for the correct explanations later given by Kamāl al-Dīn al-Fārisī (1267-ca.1319/1320) and Theodoric of Freiberg.
Ibn al-Haytham’s contemporary, the Persian philosopher and polymath Ibn Sīnā (Avicenna; 980-1037), provided an alternative explanation, writing “that the bow is not formed in the dark cloud but rather in the very thin mist lying between the cloud and the sun or observer. The cloud, he thought, serves simply as the background of this thin substance, much as a quicksilver lining is placed upon the rear surface of the glass in a mirror. Ibn Sīnā would change the place not only of the bow, but also of the colour formation, holding the iridescence to be merely a subjective sensation in the eye.” This explanation, however, was also incorrect.[10]
In Song Dynasty China (960–1279), a polymathic scholar-official named Shen Kuo (1031–1095) hypothesized—as a certain Sun Sikong (1015–1076) did before him—that rainbows were formed by a phenomenon of sunlight encountering droplets of rain in the air. Paul Dong writes that Shen’s explanation of the rainbow as a phenomenon of atmospheric refraction “is basically in accord with modern scientific principles.”
The Persian astronomer, Qutb al-Din al-Shirazi (1236–1311), gave a fairly accurate explanation for the rainbow phenomenon. This was elaborated on by his student, Kamāl al-Dīn al-Fārisī (1260–1320), who gave a more mathematically satisfactory explanation of the rainbow. He “proposed a model where the ray of light from the sun was refracted twice by a water droplet, one or more reflections occurring between the two refractions.” He verified this through extensive experimentation using a transparent sphere filled with water and a camera obscura. As he noted in his Kitab Tanqih al-Manazir (The Revision of the Optics), al-Farisi used a large clear vessel of glass in the shape of a sphere, which was filled with water, in order to have an experimental large-scale model of a rain drop. He then placed this model within a camera obscura that has a controlled aperture for the introduction of light. He projected light unto the sphere and ultimately deducted through several trials and detailed observations of reflections and refractions of light that the colours of the rainbow are phenomena of the decomposition of light. His research had resonances with the studies of his contemporary Theodoric of Freiberg (without any contacts between them; even though they both relied on Ibn al-Haytham’s legacy), and later with the experiments of Descartes and Newton in dioptrics (for instance, Newton conducted a similar experiment at Trinity College, though using a prism rather than a sphere).
In Europe, Ibn al-Haytham’s Book of Optics was translated into Latin and studied by Robert Grosseteste. His work on light was continued by Roger Bacon, who wrote in his Opus Majus of 1268 about experiments with light shining through crystals and water droplets showing the colours of the rainbow. Theodoric of Freiberg is known to have given an accurate theoretical explanation of both the primary and secondary rainbows in 1307. He explained the primary rainbow, noting that “when sunlight falls on individual drops of moisture, the rays undergo two refractions (upon ingress and egress) and one reflection (at the back of the drop) before transmission into the eye of the observer”. He explained the secondary rainbow through a similar analysis involving two refractions and two reflections.
The Road to Copenhagen Part I: The Club of Rome
Jurriaan Maessen / Infowars / November 14, 2009
“(…) Perhaps those agencies, combined with UNEP and the United Nations population agencies, might eventually be developed into a Planetary Regime- sort of an international superagency for population, resources, and environment. Such a comprehensive Planetary Regime could control the development, administration, conservation, and distribution of all natural resources, renewable or nonrenewable, at least insofar as international implications exist. Thus, the Regime could have the power to control pollution not only in the atmosphere and the oceans, but also in such freshwater bodies as rivers and lakes that cross international boundaries or that discharge into the oceans. The Regime might also be a logical central agency for regulating all international trade, perhaps including assistance from DC’s and LDC’s, and including all food on the international market. The Planetary Regime might be given responsibility for determining the optimum population for the world and or each region and for arbitrating various countries’ shares within their regional limits. Control of population size might remain the responsibility of each government, but the Regime should have some power to enforce the agreed limits.” John P. Holdren, Paul and Anne Ehrlich, Ecoscience, 1977

World Elites
The Copenhagen conference on climate change at the beginning of next month seeks to, according to its creators, “reach a new global accord to replace the 1997 Kyoto Protocol to curb emissions of greenhouse gases”. UN-front man Ban Ki-Moon remarked at a preparation speech on the road to Copenhagen that “sooner or later there will be a higher price on carbon – imposed either by policy or by market forces.” All this just rolls off the tongs of these transnationalist as if they are whistling a tune while tending their garden. If there was no such thing as historic fact, it would sound noble, urgent, and necessary. Unfortunately, we know precisely what motivates the initiators of this global effort: profit, absolute control and- I almost forgot- depopulation of the world’s inhabitants. This garden the elite is cultivating is by no means a place of joy. It stinks of rotten weeds and dead foliage.
In this first of several articles, I set out to identify the blueprint of modern day eugenics and its intimate ties to the environmental movement. In fact, the more one researches this union, forged in the blood of millions in the last century, the more one realises that the anthropogenic global warming swindle is not just tied to eugenics. It is eugenics.
In 1968 a think-tank emerged out of the back alleys of the face-lifted eugenics movement called the Club of Rome. Nurtured from its very conception as a beacon of light to which all environmentalist ships should navigate, its creators knew that the green movement they had set out to create, was designed to blame man for the supposed predicament the earth was in. As a consequence the number of people should be reduced lest the earth crumble under his crushing weight. The only thing to be done, so argued the Club, was for a global body of power to enforce depopulation goals as decided upon by the global elite.
Of what people does this global elite consist? Well just google ‘Club of Rome members’ and compare the names on the membership lists with those on the list of attendants of the annual Bilderberg conferences and you will discover the very same cast of characters, setting up the rules in the New World Order. You’ll find Al Gore, David Rockefeller, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, and all the other enemies of all free humanity and their cronies.
In 1972, the self described “group of world citizens, sharing a common concern for the future of humanity” published their (in)famous “The Limits to Growth”. In this document the authors point-blank argue for the population to shrink if mother earth is to survive much longer: “The overwhelming growth in world population”, claim the authors, “caused by the positive birth-rate loop is a recent phenomenon, a result of mankind’s very successful reduction of worldwide mortality.”
This development is highly worrisome, says the Club of Rome. As possible solutions for this “problem” it proposes either the birthrate to be brought down “to equal the new, lower death rate”, or “the death rate must rise again.” The following example will show that these statements by the world’s upper elites are in no way innocent musings without consequence.
Contrary to popular belief, the original architect of China’s policies was neither Mao Zedong in a power-drunk whim nor a Party-sadist hatching eugenics in some sub-level torture chamber. According to anthropologist Susan Greenhalgh in her study ‘Just One Child: Science and Policy in Deng’s China’ the inspiration for the tyrannical move by the Chinese Communist Party was inspired first and foremost by the Club of Rome.
In the early seventies, a group of Chinese scientists visited several scientific conferences in Europe, and readily picked up on the ideas distributed by the Club of Rome. At the head of this Chinese delegation was a man credited for introducing China’s notorious one-child policies, source of so much hardship suffered by the Chinese people in the last decades.
Greenhalgh points out that the infamous policy “had roots in missile scientists’ exposure to and import of Club of Rome population concepts through international conferences in the 1970s.”
The ‘missile scientists’ Greenhalgh mentions, are Dr. Song Jian and company, visiting several conferences in Europe in the 1970s designed to further the glory and prestige of the People’s Republic of China around the world. They picked up and further developed several methods to calculate population rates on blueprint models used by the Club of Rome to calculate their scams into creation.
The fact that the Club of Rome stands at the cradle of one-child policies may not come as a complete surprise to those who have read all the policy-papers issued from the seventies onward. The same Malthusian idea that triggered our current green movement and its obsession with man-made global warming mythology once inspired hardcore involuntary sterilization policies in the decades preceding World War II.
In order to force a rising death rate into being one needs to create “a common motivation, namely a common adversary, to organize and act together in a vacuum; such a motivation must be found to bring the divided nations together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one invented for the purpose.”
In the 1991 publication “The First Global Revolution: A Report to the Club of Rome” by Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, the common denominator that the world would need to rally around was identified in all clarity:
“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.”
This contrived and purposeful enemy arrived in the shape of man-made global warming. And to think that all of us gullible gadgets were fooled into believing that any climate change was caused by that big lamp in the sky, determining not just earth’s overall temperatures but those of all planets in the solar system.
It just goes to show that the scam is perpetrated on such an unprecedented scale, that few dare question its validity. The entire thing of course boils down to the old Nazi proverb: the bigger the lie, the easier the sell. The United Nations, the globalist foremost salesman, was designated to carry the message along to all the world’s ‘regions’ and all nation-states falling under her jurisdiction. The division of the UN deemed most qualified to do the job was UNESCO, the scientific arm deciding what educational programs are to be distributed amongst the world’s universities and primary schools. On June 15th of this year, Martin Lees, Secretary General of the Club of Rome gave a speech to UNESCO- social engineers in which he admits that:
“We in the Club of Rome have had a long relationship with UNESCO. We look forward to developing our future collaboration so that we can advance our understanding and cooperation to promote action on the critical global issues which will determine the future of us all at this difficult moment in history.”
To understand what this collaboration between the Club of Rome and UNESCO will specifically entail, Mr. Lees provides us with the agenda leading up to and following the Copenhagen conference next month. Just so you know what to expect from the social engineers in the year to come:
“In October 2009, we will focus at our Annual General Assembly in Amsterdam on “Environment, Energy and Economic Recovery” focused on the key issues for the Copenhagen Climate Conference. In February 2010 we will tackle Cluster Three, on International Development. In April 2010 we will focus on Cluster Four, Social Transformation and in July 2010, on Peace and Security. The Programme will conclude with a major event in November 2010.”
The agenda shows that the Copenhagen conference is not an isolated happening. It is just one piece of the overall global architecture the elite is constructing and with which it means to consolidate power in the 21st century. Or, as the Secretary General of the Club of Rome puts it:
“Issues of international governance and institutional architecture will be critical in particular to the effective implementation of a post-Kyoto Treaty. To address the underlying drivers of climate change, institutional mechanisms must be introduced or adapted to implement and coordinate new policies in key areas of concentration such as: finance; science and technology; human resource development; information and communications; and capacity building. And the issue of “climate justice” will be central to achieving any agreement and to the acceptance of any treaty.”
Irrespective of these world players’ vested interest in such an architecture, they all dance to the tune of eugenics- whether they are aware of it or not. It can be to further their career or some sadist pleasure in usurping innocence; whatever their motivation, they have openly declared themselves to be on the opposite site of humanity.
Fluoride & Mass Forced Medication — How to control a population
FLUORIDE HEALTH EFFECTS DATABASE
1) Fluoride’s ability to damage the brain represents one of the most active areas of research on fluoride toxicity today.
2) The research on fluoride and the brain has been fueled by 18 human studies from China, India, Iran, and Mexico finding elevated levels of fluoride exposure to be associated with IQ deficits in children. Fluoride’s impact on IQ is exacerbated among children with low-iodine exposure.
3) The impact of fluoride on children’s IQ has been documented even after controlling for children’s lead exposure, iodine exposure, parental education and income status, and other known factors that might impact the results (Rocha-Amador 2007; Xiang 2003 a,b).
4) In addition to IQ studies, 3 studies (Yu 1996; Du 1992; Han 1989) have found that fluoride accumulates in the brain of the fetus, causing damage to cells and neurotransmitters and 1 study (Li 2004) has found a correlation between exposure to fluoride during fetal development and behavioral deficits among neonates.
5) Several recent studies have found that even adult exposures to fluoride may result in central nervous system disturbances, particularly among industrial workers.
5) The findings of neurological effects in fluoride-exposed humans is consistent with, and strengthened by, recent findings from over 40 animal studies published since 1992. As with the studies on humans, the studies on animals have reported an impairment in learning and memory prorcesses among the fluoride-treated groups.
6) The animal studies have also documented considerable evidence of direct toxic effects of fluoride on brain tissue, even at levels as low as 1 ppm fluoride in water (Varner 1998). These effects include:
– reduction in nicotinic acetylcholine receptors;
– reduction in lipid content;
– impaired anti-oxidant defense systems;
– damage to the hippocampus;
– damage to the purkinje cells;
– increased uptake of aluminum;
– formation of beta-amyloid plaques (the classic brain abnormality in Alzheimer’s disease);
– exacerbation of lesions induced by iodine deficiency; and
– accumulation of fluoride in the pineal gland.

Action Plan: 15 Things Every Person Can Do Right Now
1. Email your local government representatives and let them know exactly how you feel about global governence. Forward this email to your friends and get them to do the same.
2. Letterbox drop of leaflets to raise awareness. (leaflet templates can be found on 4) Paper is cheap – 20 dollars could motivate another 50 people to join the cause.
3. Contact everyone on your social networking list, forward a specific flyer or website – ask them to pass it on. Virulence is the name of the game.
4. Contribute to the anti global government representative contact list. (Initiate a central resource for people to contribute from all over the world to easily locate contact details for every singlegovernment representative for the world (localised details eg. politicians from Sydney, Australia). If we are heading towards a global government, maybe global participation and unification can work against the machine – 1 stop resource for all your dissenting needs. A database/website would need to be set up for this step but I envision it would be a heavily contributed towards and utilized resource.
5. If you have contacted a politician/representative regarding a certain issue, maybe your letter can serve as a template for other people to utilize. Some people aren’t as capable of expressing their thoughts as clearly and professionally as others and could benefit from you. Contribute these templates to 4.
6. Stick with the real issues and avoid talking about circumstantial conspiracies that lend no credibility to the cause.
7. Always offer a solution to those that you try to educate – people hate feeling ‘useless’ and when facing the real issues a majority are left helpless. There is something you can do about it – see above.
8. Start utilizing your social networking website for getting the truth out there, alot more people will wake up once they notice a big chunk of their friends list share the same views as each other. Turn the minority into the majority.
9. Stop supporting the machine, and support the ones with a message. If you know of a musician that is trying to get the word out eg. Immortal Technique. Buy their album and support them – their message is reaching THOUSANDS of people daily and people like this need all the support they can get to rise above the machine. At the same time, stop giving your money to artists that couldn’t give a shit about the people – artists are nothing without the fanbase.
10. Get politically motivated. Protests happen all the time – find out where and when they are occurring and encourage your friends to get involved. (Could also be part of 4)
11. Donate money to a worthy cause. Think about it, a can of soft drink costs 2 dollars. If everyone that reads this donates 2 dollars to the same fund – there will be AT LEAST $10, 000 going to something worthwhile. Remember — support the people and STOP SUPPORTING THE MACHINE.
12. Email your thoughts / ideas / support to those in the spot light. The job most of them have endowed upon themselves is massively daunting and every piece of positivity they read IS encouraging. They are people too and face ALOT of shit on a day to day basis. Encourage them, thank them.
13. Burn DVDs. Lots of them. Most people can’t sit in front of a computer to watch a documentary – take the initiative to burn copies for family members and close friends. Once they have watched it, tell them to pass it on. Chinese whispers is effective if the message doesn’t get distorted. Awareness is the first step, and these documentaries build awareness.
14. Complain to your local newspapers that they aren’t doing a good job reporting the real issues in the world. Tell them that you are disgusted by their total omission on some heavy topics that should have been in the latest issues. (Contact details for these newspapers/media can be contributed to 4)
15. Stay motivated and positive. As Alex Jones says in waking life – Humanity is still good, we are gonna win this thing!
Was Joseph Moshe Right??? Baxter up to their Dirty Tricks again..
According to Reuters, the Ukraine has gone into lockdown due to a new illness sweeping across the country. This virulent form of A/H1N1 has swept across the country affecting more than 40,000 people and killing at least 30 in the past few days. “Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko announced the measures, saying the virus had reached epidemic levels in three parts of western Ukraine, where there has been an outbreak of respiratory illness since mid-October.” All schools in the country have been ordered closed and there is to be no public gatherings for at least 3 weeks to help authorities put a lid on this new pandemic outbreak.
But where did this new form of H1N1 come from? Just like the ‘swine flu’ it appeared from apparently nowhere. how ever, if we do a little digging we can surely come up with more than enough to link it to this multi billion dollar corporation, known for ‘accidentally’ killing people through contaminated vaccines and injections. Recently, a man named Joseph Moshe was arrested in America under the pretense of threatening Barack Obama, and/or other members of the White House. This story disappeared from the mainstream news within days of its release, and only now evidence of this ‘threat’ can only be found on conspiratorial news websites.
Why was this story so important and relevant? Joseph Moshe indeed HAD’NT threatened the White House – or anything of that sort. Moshe instead had called into a governmental institution and warned them that Baxter International had intended to create a bio weapon, disguised as a vaccination, and desired to release it into the population. All of this would have sounded far fetched if Joseph Moshe had turned out to be a carpenter from Jerusalem. Instead, we find out that Joseph Moshe was a microbiologist and all of a sudden his claims of bio terrorism carry an enormous amount of weight. So why is Moshe so relevant then? Joseph Moshe, in the hours leading up to his arrest in the USA, had claimed that Baxter was intending to release this Bio weapon INSIDE THE UKRAINE!
All of a sudden, two months ago this story breaks and disappears and only NOW recently what was being claimed then, seems to be eventuating. You don’t have to be a ‘conspiracy theorist’ to realize that this is way more involved than a simple coincidence. What proved to me the credibility of this mans claims, was the fact that he can be seen sitting in the car, quite calm and collected AFTER 3 CANISTERS OF TEAR GAS have been fired into his vehicle, and he has been throughly hosed down with pepper spray.
Usually a man would be reduced to a blubbering wreck in the face of that much tear gas – fighting to breath and basically fighting to live. But as you can see clearly above, there is a man simply looking calmly out the window at the shit storm flaring up around him. Joseph Moshe was able to contain himself due to his Mossad training (Israeli secret service)which means he was as hard as nails.
Baxter is at the center of everything because this wouldn’t be the first time they have tried to spark a catastrophic epidemic. They have been caught RED HANDED spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird Flu biological weapon, hidden inside standard HUMAN FLU vaccinations. Only by chance was this discovered by a scientist in czech – he had injected a ferret to test the vaccine, when the ferrets all died he knew something was up. Its ok tho, because they are being sued as we speak (put your hand up if you have faith in the legal system…..yarightlol) and again by Dr Leonard Horowitz and also Jane Burgermeister.
Only time will tell how this progresses.

Cigarettes cause cancer! No shit. Mobile Phones cause cancer! No shit.
So, they have finally figured out they had better start warning everyone about the risks of electromagnetic radiation. The timing couldn’t come any better – the industry is so fully embedded into society now that is way too late to ‘pull out’. Just like cigarettes, ‘they’ get the population to adapt their lifestyles to not only facilitate the product, ‘they’ wait until society has properly curled its evolutionary fingers around tight enough to form a strong, golf-like grip lock onto it making it neigh impossible to relinquish. I personally haven’t used a mobile phone for 4 years. Yay me I guess, too bad I’m a heavy smoker otherwise I could actually boast of a hugely proportional health factor over the standard person. If I had a fitness routine I would probably have a job opening as the governor of California’s bullet man, you know the guy that assassins shoot at thinking they are gonna get the real target.
That just sentence just got this blog a few extra hits from the MIC =) Hey guys!
The ‘report’ isn’t officially out yet, but if you aren’t simply a head in a box on a shelf you know that 2+2=4 and electromagnetic radiation fucks with your DNA. Thats right, when our bodies generate new cells it gets this cellular data from our DNA. If our DNA is rooted – our cells are rooted. What has me ticked however, is not just the fact that we got suckered into a Tobacco Industry2.0 it’s that there is umpteen million cellular transmission towers everywhere. We now depend on wireless internet and have those devices to worry about aswell.
Lets just say this ‘report’ actually makes it’s way to public arena. What then? Do we start banning advertising of mobile phones? Do we get to sue phone manufacturers for any tumors we might develop down the track? Whats the next step? I can’t see any of that happening. I cant even see the report getting released to the public.
“Even though the jury’s not in, just to err on the side of safety I would try and limit the amount of electromagnetic radiation that you’re exposed to,” Dr Charlie Teo said. Doesn’t it suck having your balls firmly gripped between the vices of any professional industry. This is a man that cuts tumors out of peoples brains every single day. He knows for a fact that mobile phones boil your cells and cause cancer but he cant officially tell you, since the ‘report’ isn’t out yet. NaturalNews back in 2008 wrote about how mobile phones increase the chance that you will develop cancer of the salivary glands, your mouth area if you are anatomically ignorant, by as much as 50%! Thats a pretty huge increase, almost big enough that you could compare those chances to winning on a ♣black or ♥red gamble at the pokies.
Its makes me sick to my stomach when I see children using mobile phones. It makes me sick to my stomach when I see women, obviously pregnant pouring their hearts and souls into the Cancer Brick®. Indeed it will be a sad day when the ‘report’ is released, a violent ‘I told you so’ pointed and aimed at someone like Crazy John would be in order – the new Camel like figurehead of the industry – and probably just be muted by the thick wadding of billions of dollars wrapped around his ears.
I look forward to reading this ‘report’.
Cashless Society. Cashless Society. Cashless Society.
Cashless Society. We’ve been sold this expression since we were children. I can remember hearing way back in primary school and thinking ‘its the future’! Back then it was a little hard to fathom, I have been a computer nerd my entire life, and even something like a ‘cashless society’ was straight out of star trek. Now, years on, technology has evolved into a completely unknown beast. What was once unimagined is expected for 10 dollars or less. Technology that was considered radical is now being distributed on McDonald’s happy meal toys. Hell, check out the Brain Computer Interface and come to the realization that the world is ‘moving forward’ quicker than you can imagine.
See, its not that terrifying after all is it? When you look closely at it, its size is comparable to a single grain of rice. Currently, PositiveID is ‘helping’ the medical industry with these amazing devices. If you have a pet dog or cat, you will have connected the dots already. Basically you get implanted with this RFID chip, and forever can be ‘read’ with a handheld device or an RFID portal. Mobile phones are RFID enabled through NFC.
Upon the ‘scanning’, the RFID chip broadcasts a unique identifier key that allows the ‘reader’ to match your unique chip with the relevant database record. Here watch a video:
Neat-o right? Well I guess if you didn’t exactly catch on to the example I used above. Still blank? You are not an animal. That basic comparison is the tip of the iceberg. That point gets made in the in-your-face honest documentary titled ‘One Mainframe to Rule them All‘, featuring the author of the book ‘IBM & the Holocaust‘, Edwin Black
Cashless Society. There is only two options before us, for a truly cashless society to exist. One involves our mobile phones incorporating every piece of data usually stored on plastic cards in our wallets – Medicare, licenses, credit and bank cards etc and integrating a new form of Point of Sale device at the counter of businesses, allowing a transaction to occur with the simple swipe of your mobile phone. Or we all get micro chipped and the same thing happens. Option one is going to be the way to integrate option two, as seen this ad:
The man simply walks through a scanner at the exit of the shopping center. There is nothing to say that he has an implantable microchip, or a device acting as his ‘phone’. This is what is known as subliminal conditioning. We are being conditioned through gradualism to accept this cashless society and we do not even know it. Thats why the very term ‘Cahselss Stoceiy’ causes a whirlpool of endocrines stirring in your brains. These trigger words have been embedded into our memory to recall every single futuristic movie we have ever seen, all the ‘good’ ones. Every time we hear ‘Cashless Society’ we relive how amazing it would be in the future, where we didn’t need to carry anything tangible to function.
Keyless entry to our house, remote starting the car, hands free shopping, secure Star Trek doors – the list is endless. All these possibilities do actually sound pretty enticing, but what kind of negatives are we looking at? For starters everyone has used Google Earth. Pretty cool application, freaky for the first five minutes using it. Now imagine every single person in the world had a microchip, cold shivers. Now imagine that every single microchip was represented as a bright orange dot on Google Earth! Boom! Now you are getting it! Ok heres another one, lets just say you got into an argument with the bank. Mean words are exchanged and the boss takes it personally. He turns your account off. All of a sudden, in a cashless world, you have no money! You have no means to purchase any food or pay the bills – the entire world operates on ‘digital credits’. What then?
This isn’t a ‘Conspiracy Theory‘, its a hypothetical situation that can occur tomorrow, as the technology is already being used throughout the world. VISA has already promised a cashless experience for everyone at the 2012 Olympics. ‘Conspiracy Theory‘ is a trigger word, a very powerful one. Even the most intelligent of people fall victim to the power this expression wields both in its use as a weapon to prevent an epic dialectic, or experience its devastating destructive powers as it is aimed in your direction.
Verichip teamed up with a company named Receptors LLC. What this merging has bought to the table is the combination of an implantable microchip, and a sensor that is a “virus triage detection system for the H1N1 virus”. So basically you can be ‘scanned‘ and it can determine if you are infected with H1N1 or any other pathogens they develop the capability of detecting. Imagine the potential to be able to halt a potentially epidemic virus and isolate it at the exact moment and place it entered a foreign country? What if it had caught it exiting to begin with?
Verichip teamed up with a company named Steel Vault. “Within its ID Security segment, PositiveID offers its Health Link web-based personal health record, and identity theft protection and related services including credit monitoring and reporting through its NationalCreditReport.com website.” PositiveID was born into the world of commerce. This sounds an aweful lot like the new database that has been formed under the Australian people’s noses. Databases aren’t a new concept to society. They were made infamous amongst the NAZI ranks in Germany in the early 1930′s. Here is an excerpt of Willy Heidinger (speaking about the Hollerith machine) from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum.
We are recording the individual characteristics of every single member of the nation onto a little card….We are proud that we can contribute to such a task, a task that provides the physician of our German body politic with the material [he needs] for his examination, so that our physician can determine whether, from the standpoint of the nation’s health, the data thus arrived at correlate in a harmonious, that is, healthy, relationship — or whether diseased conditions must be cured by corrective interventions….We have firm confidence in our physician and will follow his orders blindly, for we know that he will lead our nation toward a great future. Heil to our German people and their leader!
Not quite the ‘Cashless Society‘ everyone thought it was.
How much time do we have before this chip is enforced en mass for the ‘betterment’ of society? Who will benefit from them the most? You? Me? Governments? Bankers? How long before generation Z starts requesting demanding it as an accessory for their iPhone? ‘Cashless Society‘. This isnt paranoid thinking. We have been embedded with subconscious desires for this microchip, and the companies that are developing these technologies aren’t famous for their humanitarian efforts. Is it time to create awareness that this isn’t science fiction anymore? When you come across a company like SoMark Innovations and you see for yourself the merging of RFID technology and tattoos, it’s way too surreal to be ignored.
In five years what will tomorrow look like? Is it a world that you would want to live in? Or is it time to put a flag in the ground and say this is where humanity draws the line before we cross one that can’t be uncrossed?
