Project Blue Beam & a Technological Feasibility Analysis

If you haven’t heard about this project before, I’d advise you to do so. It makes for an interesting read if nothing else. You can find a link for it here. I’ve mentioned it before in a previous post but I really think I need to cover it a bit more in depth. This post will obviously be exploring the technical feasibility of a few aspects mentioned in Serge Monaste’s investigation. When you read through this research paper, not only does it sound rediculous, to many it would seem impossible. I have tried to source every piece of information from an ‘official’ place where possible. Hopefully this breaks through the predictive programming that would cause people to reject this proposed illusion immediately and allow you to give it another look.

One is to make mankind believe that an alien (off-world) invasion is about to occur at every major city on earth in order to provoke each major nation to use its nuclear weapons in order to strike back. This way, the United Nations Court will require that all those nations which launched nuclear weapons to disarm when the invasion is shown to have been false. And how will the United Nations know that the invasion was false? They will have staged it, of course”

When Seeing and Hearing Isn’t Believing

Pentagon planners started to discuss digital morphing after Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990. Covert operators kicked around the idea of creating a computer-faked videotape of Saddam Hussein crying or showing other such manly weaknesses, or in some sexually compromising situation. The nascent plan was for the tapes to be flooded into Iraq and the Arab world.The tape war never proceeded, killed, participants say, by bureaucratic fights over jurisdiction, skepticism over the technology, and concerns raised by Arab coalition partners.

But the “strategic” PSYOPS scheming didn’t die. What if the U.S. projected a holographic image of Allah floating over Baghdad urging the Iraqi people and Army to rise up against Saddam, a senior Air Force officer asked in 1990?

3-D Holographic Display Using Strontium Barium Niobate (1998)

An innovative technique for generating a three dimensional holographic display using strontium barium niobate (SBN) is discussed. The resultant image is a hologram that can be viewed in real time over a wide perspective or field of view (FOV). The holographic image is free from system-induced aberrations and has a uniform, high quality over the entire FOV. The enhanced image quality results from using a phase conjugate read beam generated from a second photorefractive crystal acting as a double pumped phase conjugate mirror (DPPCM). Multiple three dimensional images have been stored in the crystal via wavelength multiplexing.


Emitter modules might include communications, radar, designators, illuminators, navigation, jammers, IFFs, hologram projectors, weather changers, and debris destroyers.

Moreover, hologram projectors can depict units of US forces in different areas of the battlefield to confuse, misdirect, and demoralize the enemy. Systems designed to generate or control weather patterns can also benefit from the motherboard’s support facilities.


Description: In order to capitalize on deception and surprise, an aerospace based hologram generator would be used to display realistic visual images at the time and place best required to support offensive or defensive operations. Picture a realistic image of an armored division massed at the border of an enemy. While enemy forces react to this decoy (which is being projected from an orbiting satellite or an aircraft), U.S, forces are performing a left hook maneuver to hit the weak flank of the enemy. The image could be projected in the visual or infrared spectrum for use in day or night conditions. In order to project an image from geo-synchronous orbit, we must develop ways to make a geo-synch satellite more maneuverable. This requires greater maneuver fuel (which requires ability to launch heavier payloads). To use low earth orbiting satellites for hologram projection, we need a vast array of satellites operating in a constellation that provides continuous coverage of key areas of the earth.

Commercial Applications: Commercial applications include entertainment–using hologram projections in a new age version of virtual reality games and movies.

Holographic optical satellite communication system
In a satellite communication system using optical carriers the down link radiation beam pattern is limited to illuminating only the receiver sites for power economy. The transmitting laser’s beam pattern is shaped in such a way that the intensity distribution at the earth surface is adapted to the geographical distribution of the receiving stations. A suitably prepared hologram or set of stacked holograms storing different beam patterns is interposed in the radiation path. The antenna characteristic may be varied by selecting a particular hologram. This is accomplished by changing the beam angle of incidence by remote control.

Al Gore launched Live Earth Tokyo in a high-tech, virtual way – as a hologram using Musion Eyeliner Holographic Projection. After a stirring introduction by Lumi, the virtual-reality singer of Genki Rockets, a head-to-toe-likeness of the former U.S. Vice President materialized on stage.

“The third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. Embedded chips will already be in place. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide, murder and permanent psychological disorders. After the Night of the Thousand Stars, worldwide populations will be ready for the new messiah to re-establish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost of abdication of freedom.”

Gibbs, the Marine Corps official who first funded Bitar, has a fondness for edgy ideas. A chemical engineer and longtime proponent of nonlethal weaponry, Gibbs funds other offbeat projects, such as Medusa, an attempt to develop a weapon that uses low-power microwaves — believed to cause an audible buzzing in subjects’ heads — to make people think God is speaking to them.

The project is known as MEDUSA – a contrived acronym for Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio. And it should not be confused with the Long Range Acoustic Device and similar gadgets which simply project sound. This one uses the so-called “microwave auditory effect”: a beam of microwaves is turned into sound by the interaction with your head.

The United States has developed communications equipment which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill of all pain, without the use of any drugs. A man might retain the use of all his faculties up until the day of his death.

This communications equipment depends on a new way of looking at the human brain and neuromuscular system, and gigahertz radiation pulsed at ultra-low frequencies.

Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It will never be used to make the blind see and the deaf hear and the lame walk because its use is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of James A. Baker and George Herbert Walker Bush.

Potential applications of the MEDUSA system are as a perimeter protection sensor in deterrence systems for industrial and national sites, for use in systems to assist communication with hearing impaired persons, use by law enforcement and military personnel for crowd control and asset protection. The system will: be portable, require low power, have a controllable radius of coverage, be able to switch from crowd to individual coverage, cause a temporarily incapacitating effect, have a low probability of fatality or permanent injury, cause no damage to property, and have a low probability of affecting friendly personnel.

James Lin of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Illinois in Chicago says that MEDUSA is feasible in principle. He has carried out his own work on the technique, and was even approached by the music industry about using microwave audio to enhance sound systems, he told New Scientist.

“The repel effect is a combination of loudness and the irritation factor,” he says. “You can’t block it out.”

Human auditory system response to modulated electromagnetic energy

The intent of this paper is to bring a new phenomenon to the attention of physiologists. Using extremely low average power densities of electromagnetic energy, the perception of sounds was induced in normal and deaf humans. The effect was induced several hundred feet from the antenna the instant the transmitter was turned on, and is a function of carrier frequency and modulation. Attempts were made to match the sounds induced by electromagnetic energy and acoustic energy. The closest match occurred when the acoustic amplifier was driven by the rf transmitter’s modulator. Peak power density is a critical factor and, with acoustic noise of approximately 80 db, a peak power density of approximately 275 mw/ cm2 is needed to induce the perception at carrier frequencies of 425 mc and 1,310 mc. The average power density can be at least as low as 400 µw/cm2. The evidence for the various possible sites of the electromagnetic energy sensor are discussed and locations peripheral to the cochlea are ruled out.
